Yesterday, at a gala event, we had the pleasure of presenting awards for the Best Meat and Cured Meat Offer 2024 competition. This year marked a special milestone—for the first time, consumers selected the winners, and our form system powered the voting process!
Internet users evaluated various aspects, including product display, pricing strategy, private label meat and sausage products, and even the best meat offer in e-commerce.

Emotion Recognition Now in Our Customer Feedback System
Today, there is mega excitement across our entire team, including those working below deck (read: IT). We have just added emotion recognition to our system for monitoring and interpreting customer feedback!
Who have we hired to tackle this complex but business-critical task? Artificial intelligence, of course. From now on, businesses and e-commerce companies can check what emotions they evoke in their customers and users. Is it joy, interest, or perhaps anxiety?
Make sure to find out, as key indicators like CES (Customer Effort Score), NPS (Net Promoter Score), and ultimately, sales statistics and revenue depend on it.

Together with the Wiadomości Kosmetyczne portal, we handed out awards in the 14th edition of the Drugstore of the Year 2023 competition. The winners were selected by consumers in a ranking that was part of the Cosmetics Distribution Channels in Poland 2023 study, which we had the pleasure of conducting using our modern research tools.
Responses and ratings were collected from more than 1,000 panellists. Those eligible for the survey were shoppers in the Beauty category, meaning individuals who purchase a variety of cosmetic products. For the first time, the ranking was also expanded to include shop formats beyond traditional cosmetics stores.

It was with particular pleasure that our CRO presented the award to Super-Pharm, as we have been supporting the brand for a long time in monitoring customer satisfaction in the post- and after-purchase service areas, among other initiatives.
